The Opportunity
Are you looking for a part time, flexible opportunity in a role where you can learn and develop your knowledge? We’re looking for a P&C Coordinator to join our team to coordinate the ongoing administration and day to day functionality of P&C systems and processes.
You’ll work closely with our P&C Business Partners and broader P&C team to coordinate the improvements in our P&C systems and processes. You’ll have the opportunity to learn from our P&C Business Partners and have a direct impact on our workforce strategy by enabling us to simplify complexity and be an enabler of an efficient, progressive organisation
What you’ll be doing
- Work in collaboration with the P&C Business Partners to manage and action staff movement workflows improving workforce analytic data
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline processes and workflows impacting the employee experience and contribution
- Be the first point of contact for P&C / HR queries from managers and employees developing the internal knowledge and competence of processes and systems
- Develop reference guides and provide on the job training to our internal stakeholders on how to use HRIS
To succeed you will need:
- Relevant experience of working in a P&C coordinator role
- Experience of HRIS (iChris preferred)
- Be outcome driven
- Excellent attention to detail, with a passion for process, compliance and continuous improvement
- Experience of interpreting Enterprise Agreements (preferably in Health)
- A tertiary qualification in HR (or working towards one)
